Established in 1827, Casa Alberto has maintained its presence in the same location for nearly two centuries. Specializing in authentic Madrilenian cuisine, this restaurant has attracted notable figures in the city since its inception. The building itself stands on the foundations of a 16th-century structure that once served as the residence of the esteemed writer Miguel de Cervantes.
