During the building of the Minceta Tower in 1464, there was a short supply of stone, so it was decreed that every visitor to the city must bring a stone with them. Take a walk around the city on top of the old stone walls that surround it. This 1.2 mile, roughly 2-hour walk is well worth the $17 fee.
