Guide to Vegan Cafes in Berlin for Digital Nomads, Berlin, Germany

It is no secret that we enjoy finding nice cafés on our travels. In fact, we usually end up seeing the inside of more cafés in a new place we visit than typical tourist attractions.

One of the many, many things I love about Berlin is its wonderful café culture, so we had plenty to choose from. Even when I typed in the search term “vegan cake” into Foursquare, I got over a dozen results in the city.

Since we usually also search for nice cafés to use as work spaces for a few hours to make for a change from working in our apartment, we also try to find ones offering free wifi, which most (though not all) do.

Here are our favourite vegan cafés in Berlin for digital nomads, organised by district. Some serve only vegan food and drinks, while others are not strictly vegan but offer several things that are in fact vegan. This post will be added to as we discover more places worth mentioning. We’ve visited this 100% vegan place many times, and on weekday mornings it was wonderfully calm, making it a perfect place to get some work done, and the wifi cooperates perfectly (though the password changes weekly). The bagels, with their wide section of vegan fillings were very good as were the cakes. The lunch offerings are served in generous portions and the staff is friendly and relaxed.
